Originally from Michigan, Kim worked as a dental assistant before moving to Florida to attend dental hygiene school. Kim graduated with honors from Palm Beach Community College Dental Hygiene School in 1982.

    Kim lived and worked as a hygienist in California practicing expanded dental hygiene for 2 years. Kim returned to Florida and started working with Dr. Max in 1999.
